TONY FIGLIOLA
CEO & Founder | Passive Income Engineer
Tony Figliola is a Real Estate Investor, licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and the CEO and Founder of Passive Investment Pros — a firm dedicated to helping engineers and other technical professionals invest in real estate with precision and build passive income they can rely on.
Applying an engineering mindset to every investment opportunity, Tony focuses on sourcing recession-resilient, cash-flowing assets designed for clarity, stability, and long-term growth. He is currently a General Partner on 171 multifamily units and is passively invested in an additional 511 units. Tony holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys playing guitar, working out, and spending time with his wife, Cassondra, and their Cane Corso, Giovanni. He's passionate about personal growth and is often working to develop his knowledge of investing, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Tony believes in bringing the same discipline and long-term focus to life that he applies to investing — always working toward meaningful progress, both personally and professionally.
