TONY FIGLIOLA
Founder & CEO | Passive Income Engineer
Tony Figliola is a Real Estate Investor, licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and the founder of Passive Investment Pros — a firm dedicated to helping engineers and other technical professionals invest with precision and build passive income they can rely on.
Applying an engineering mindset to every investment opportunity, Tony focuses on sourcing recession-resilient, cash-flowing assets designed for clarity, stability, and long-term growth. He is currently a General Partner on over 170 multifamily units and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys playing guitar, working out, and spending time with his wife, Cassondra, and their Cane Corso, Giovanni. He's passionate about personal growth and is often reading or studying topics like investing, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Tony believes in bringing the same discipline and long-term focus to life that he applies to investing — always working toward meaningful progress, both personally and professionally.

Hunter Thompson is a real estate investor, author, and founder of Asym Capital, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles. He is also the founder of RaisingCapital.com and the RaiseMasters mastermind, platforms focused on helping real estate professionals attract investors and scale their businesses through strategic marketing.

Cassondra Figliola is a marketing consultant for Passive Investment Pros, bringing a unique blend of educational expertise and brand-building experience to support the firm’s growth and investor engagement.
Formally trained as a teacher, Cassondra developed strong skills in communication, organization, and community building. While still in college, she successfully created and grew a social media brand, gaining firsthand experience in digital marketing and audience development. Today, she leverages that background to help Passive Investment Pros connect with like-minded investors, strengthen brand visibility, and ensure that every interaction reflects the firm’s core values of trust, clarity, and long-term partnership.
